CHRISTIANITIES

Terms

The short version, in full.

By using this site or your supporter account you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Christianities is a documentary project produced under the First Things Foundation, a nonprofit. "We" means the Foundation and the film's team.

Gifts

Gifts support the making and distribution of the film and are not purchases. They are tax-deductible to the extent the law allows; Zeffy, the Foundation's giving platform, issues receipts on its behalf. Recognition tiers (Ground Crew, Premiere Host, Major Donor, Associate Producer) describe participation and thanks, not ownership, financial return, or any right in the film. Tier thresholds are based on lifetime giving and may be adjusted; we won't lower anyone's tier because the thresholds changed.

Premiere hosting

Hosts receive early access to the finished film for a private, non-commercial gathering. The film may not be copied, uploaded, publicly screened for a fee, or shared outside that gathering before its public release.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

What you send us

You own what you send us, such as messages, photos or footage of your parish. You give us a license to use what you send for the film and its materials only after we've confirmed with you. If you close your account, your profile is removed; copies may persist in backups for a limited time.

Our content

The film, its footage, artwork, and text are ours or used with permission. Share the public pages freely. Don't reproduce supporters-only material outside your supporter account.

Ending things

You can leave any time. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Gifts aren't refunded because an account was closed.

The usual

The site is provided as is. We'll fix what breaks, but we can't promise it never will. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've given in the past twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.

Last updated October 2026. We'll note changes here and, for anything material, by email.
